Shopping & Delivery Information
How do I order?
(1) Choose your favorite product, color and size. (2) Submit your favorite picture and place the order. (3) Review & approve the design before it goes into production.
How long does the designing, reviewing and production process take?
Once we receive your chosen photo, our artists will transform it into line art within 2-4 business days. The design will then be sent to your email for approval. Once you approve the final design (noting that you get up to 3 free revisions!), your custom wear goes into production, which takes 1-2 days.
Can I see the actual hoodie with my picture before I order?
Since our hoodies are custom-made just for you, we don't offer pre-made samples. But, you'll get to see the line art design of your hoodie before we send it to production. You can revise the design up to 3 times. This way, you can be sure you're happy with the design before we create your unique piece.
How long will shipping take?
Once your custom clothing has been shipped, you can expect it within 5-8 days if you are in USA and 10-14 days if you are in Australia.
I can't wait to get my custom clothing! How can I expedite it?
You can contact us to expedite your shipping, however this will incur additional costs.
Do you only design pets and couples?
No, we're happy to bring all sorts of personal stories to life through line art! We can turn any photo into stunning line art for your hoodie. Pets, family, friends, even that epic vacation pic – you name it, we'll design it!
Don't have a picture of everyone together? No problem!
Can't get everyone together? Send us separate photos and we'll create a heartwarming design combining them all. Just chat with us for help!
Order Modification & Returns
What if I need to change my order after I've placed it?
We understand mistakes happen. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@intriklo.co if you need to make any changes to your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible once production begins.
I want to cancel my order. Can I get a refund?
Once our artists start to work on your order as soon as it is placed, it is not possible to issue a refund even if it has not been produced. This is because work has already been put in. We hope you understand.
However, if you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@intriklo.co. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible once production begins.
