I want to cancel my order. Can I get a refund?
Once our artists start to work on your order (which normally is as soon as it is placed), it is not possible to issue a refund even if it has not been produced. This is because work has already been put in. We hope you understand. However, if you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@intriklo.co. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible once production begins.
What if I need to change my order after I've placed it?

My product arrived damaged. What do I do?
Oh no, we're sorry to hear that!
For all products that arrive damaged, we will send a replacement at no extra cost. All you need to do is send us photos of the damaged parts within 14 days of delivery.
