- Production (1-3 Days): Once you've given your final approval, our team will begin production of your unique piece within 1-3 business days.

What are the sweatshirt & hoodie made out of?
Our choice of fabric is a high-quality blend of 70% polyester, 30% cotton French terry. This fabric is soft, pill-resistant, and heavyweight for comfortable and long-lasting wear.
What if I need to change my order after I've placed it?
We understand mistakes happen. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@intriklo.co if you need to make any changes to your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible once production begins.

Can I see the actual hoodie with my picture before I order?
Since our hoodies are custom-made just for you, we don't offer pre-made samples. But, you'll get to see the line art design of your hoodie before we send it to production. You can revise the design up to 3 times. This way, you can be sure you're happy with the design before we create your unique piece.
